Huzurevlerinde yaşayan yaşlılarda dinî hayat (Antalya örneği)

Abstract

Bu arastırma; biyolojik, psikolojik degisikliklerle birlikte, çogu zaman hayata yabancılasan ve ölüm korkusuyla yüz yüze gelen yaslıların dinî hayatlarında meydana gelen degisimleri farklı boyutlardan tespit etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıstır. Arastırma 2006 yılında Antalya'daki Devlet ve kinci Bahar Huzurevlerinde kalan yaslılar üzerinde tesadüfî örneklem yöntemiyle yapılmıstır. Arastırmamız kavramsal çerçeve ve uygulama olarak iki bölümden olusmaktadır. Önce bu konuda yapılan alan arastırmaları incelenmis ve yaslılık ile ilgili kavramsal bir çerçeve hazırlanmıstır. Teorik çalısmaya ek olarak yaslılık ile dinî hayat arasındaki iliskiyi tespit etmek amacıyla anket ve mülakata dayalı bir alan arastırması yapılmıstır. Arastırmada veri toplama aracı olarak 20 sorudan olusan bir anket formu hazırlanmıstır. Anket formu, deneklerin demografik özellikleri (5 soru), dinî inanç ile ilgili (4 soru), dinî bilgi ile ilgili (1 soru), dinî ibadet ile ilgili (6 soru), dinî duygu ile ilgili (5 soru) sorulardan olusmaktadır. Bu çalısmamızın amaçlarından biri; tarihsel süreçte yaslılıgı, yaslılıgın boyutlarını, yaslılık dönemi temel özelliklerini ve yaslılıkta dinî gelisimin temel niteliklerini incelemektir. Çalısmamızın bir diger amacı da, yaslılardaki dinî hayatın demografik degiskenlerle iliskisinin olup olmadıgını arastırmaktır. Sonuç olarak belli bir örneklem grubuyla sınırlı olan bu çalısma, yaslıların dinî hayatının degisik yönlerini incelemeyi hedeflemistir.

This study along side with biological and psychological changes, to ascertain the changes from different aspects which take place in men?s and women?s religious lives in which they generally feel outsiders to life and face with afraid of death. This study was done with the help of random sampling method upon the old who were staying in Goverment Rest Home and kinci Bahar Rest Home in Antalya and who were staying in this places in 2006. The study consist of two parts wich are conseptual frame and implementation. In the first place, research studies about this topic were examined and then conseptual frame was prepared related to old age. In addition to theoritical study, with the aim of determining relationship between old age and religious life and an area study based upon questionnaire and interview was implemented. In this study, questionnaire form consisting of 20 questions was prepared as a mean of collecting data. The questionnaire form was made up of the questions related to demonstrate features of samples (5 questions) related to religion (5 questions) religious knowledge (1 questions) related to religious pray (6 questions) related to religious feeling (5 questions) One of the main aims of this study is to examine the old age in the process of history, the dimensions of old age, the main features of old age and the main qualities of religious development in old age. The other aim is to examine whether the demographic changes have any relationship with religious live in old age. In conclusion the study wich is restricted with a certain sampling group aimed to examine the different aspects of the olds? religious life.
