İlköğretim 4. sınıf sosyal bilgiler öğretim programının öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmesi (Meram ilçesi örneği)

Abstract

Milli Egitim Bakanlıgı tarafından yapılandırmacı kuram dikkate alınarak hazırlanan programlar ilk olarak 2004-2005 ögretim yılında pilot okullarda uygulanmıstır. 2005-2006 ögretim yılında ise bu programlar ülke genelinde uygulamaya konulmustur. Uygulanan bu programların amaç, içerik, uygulama ve degerlendirme boyutlarının degerlendirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu arastırma; 2005-2006 ögretim yılında uygulanan ilkögretim 4. Sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler Dersi Ögretim Programı'nı ögretmen görüsleri dogrultusunda degerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıstır. Nitel arastırma yöntemleri kullanılan bu arastırmanın çalısma evrenini Konya ilinin Meram ilçesinde bulunan ilkögretim okullarında, 2005-2006 ögretim yılında görev yapmıs olan sınıf ögretmenleri olusturmaktadır. Veriler literatür taraması ve görüsme teknigi ile toplanmıstır. Toplanan veriler betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi yöntemleri kullanılarak çözümlenmis ve yorumlanmıstır. Arastırma sonunda; ögretmenlerin yeni program hakkında yeterince bilgilendirilmedikleri, genel olarak uygulanan yeni programla ilgili olumlu görüs belirttikleri, kazanımların azaltılmasını olumlu buldukları, programı ögrenci merkezli buldukları, uygulama ve degerlendirme sürecinde birtakım problemler yasadıkları, sınıfların kalabalık olusu, ders araç gereç ve materyallerinin eksikliginin uygulamayı olumsuz etkiledigi tespit edilmistir. Sonuçlar ısıgında çesitli önerilerde bulunulmustur.

Primary schools programme prepared by Ministry of National Education considering the constructive theory was first applied at the pilot schools in 2004-2005 academic year. In 2005-2006 academic year, these programme were applied throughout the whole country. It?s necessary to evaluate the aims, the content applying and the sizes of evaluating of these programmes. This research was prepared in order to evaluate primary school 4th class Social Studies Curriculum which was applied in 2005-2006 academic year in according to teacher ideas. Form masters who worked at the primary schools in Meram district in Konya city during 2005-2006 academic year forms the workspace of this research in which qualitative researching methods were used. The data was gathered by using the literature scanning and interview technique. The gathered data was analysed and commented by using the descriptive analyse and the content analysing methods. The teachers? deficient informing about the programme, their generally and good views about the new programme, their positive thoughts about decreasing the acquisitions, their spotting the programme as a pupil centric programme, their having some problems during the applying and evaluating process of the programme, the crowd of the classes and the bad effects of the lack of the educational equipments were confirmed at the end of the research. It was made various proposals in according to these results.
