Bu çalısmada hastaneleri ve hastanelerdeki orta kademe yöneticilerin görevlerini, sorumluluklarını ve sorunlarını yansıtmak için hazırlanmıstır. Günümüz ve önceki hastane uygulamaları ve bu uygulamalardaki farklılıklardan söz ederek günümüz çalısanlarına düsen görevin farklılık ve çokluğundan söz edilmistir. Hastanelerin özellikleri, amaçları, harcamaları ve bu durumlarda orta kademe yöneticinin her türlü görevinden bahsedilmis ve bunun için birçok tez, kitap ve Internet dokümanını ve hastane arastırılmıstır. Aynı zamanda hastanelerde yasanan olaylar da takip edilmis ve bazı özel ve kamu hastanelerinin orta kademe yöneticileriyle soru cevap tarzında görüsmeler yapılarak orta kademe yöneticilere düsen rolleri öğrenilerek ve bunlar özel ve kamu hastanesindeki orta kademe çalısanlarının arasındaki farklar uygulama olarak çalısmada kullanılmıstır.
In this thesis, it is maintained reflecting the hospitals and the responsibilities,the duties and the problems of civil servants who works in the middle position in the hospitals. It is also mentioned the differences and multiple-possibilities of nowadays civil servant by mentioned today?s and previous hospitals applications and the diversities in this applications. In this thesis,It is mentioned the qualifications,the aims, the expenditures of hospitals and all sorts of duties that civil servant do in this cases; and It is searched many thesises, books and Internet documents to do this. And also, It is followed the events experienced in hospitals and by interviewing with the servants working in some private and public hospitals in the middle positions and by learning the roles that the civil servants-working in the middle positoins- must do and these are used in studies -the differenceses between the servants working in some private and the servants working in public hospitals in the middle positionsas a practise.
