Bu arastırmanın amacı Görsel Sanatlar ögretmenlerinin motivasyonlarını etkileyen faktörlerin incelenmesidir. Arastırmadaki amaca ulasmak için; Arastırmacı tarafından gelistirilen veri toplama aracı, 2006-2007 egitim-ögretim yılında, Konya il merkez ilçelerindeki (Meram, Selçuklu, Karatay) özel ve kamu ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan ve ankete katılmak isteyen 110 görsel sanatlar ögretmenine uygulanmıstır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmistir. Verilerin analizinde, ?frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans? analizi kullanılmıstır. Veriler p<.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde test edilmistir. Yapılan analizlerin sonucunda görsel sanatlar ögretmenlerinde cinsiyet, yas, kıdem, kurum türü degiskenlerinde anlamlı farklar görülmekte olup egitim kurumu degiskeninde anlamlı fark görülmemistir.
The goal of this research is to determine the factors that influence the motivation of the visual arts Teachers. In order to attain the goal of search; The developed datum means, was carried out during the 2006-2007 education year to 110 visual art teachers who are working for private and state schoolsand volunteers in Konya, for the survey in main districts: Meram, Selçuklu, Karatay. We?re analyzed by using SPSS program. In the analyze of the inputs were used Frequency, Percent Arithmetical Average, Standart Deviation, T-Test and Single Variance. The datum were tested on the meaningful level. At the results of the carried out analyzes among the visual art teachers, in the sex, age, seniority but in the education institution variables meaningful differences were not seen.
