İnsanlar toplumsal yaşama geçtiklerinden bu yana iletişime ihtiyaç duymuşlardır. İletişim olmadan insan toplumu olamazdı zaten. Bu toplumlar birer sosyal yapı oluşturmaktadır. Bu sosyal yapı içinde iletişime ihtiyaç göstermeyen hiçbir iş yoktur; çünkü iletişim, insanların birbirlerini anlamaları için gerekli olan bir köprüdür. Bu köprü sayesinde insanlar yaşamlarını sürdürmektedirler. Bu sosyal yapı içinde örgütler önemli bir unsurdur. Örgütleri oluşturan en önemli unsur insan olduğuna göre örgütleri iletişimden ayrı tutmakta mümkün değildir. Bu çalışmada iletişim, iletişimin amacı, iletişimin türleri, örgüt, örgütsel iletişim ve örgütsel iletişimin yönetim açısından önemi üzerinde durularak iletişimin yaşantımızın her boyutunda ne kadar önemli olduğu anlatılmak istenmektedir.
The people have needed communication since they started to live socially. These socials form some social structures. There is no work which dosen?t need communication in this social structure because communication is like a bridge for people to understand themsewes.
