Türkiye Fibigia medik. cinsinin morfolojik ve sitotaksonomik yönden incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde doğal olarak yayılış gösteren Fibigia Medik. cinsine ait taksonların morfolojik ve sitotaksonomik özellikleri araştırıldı. Ayrıca tür teşhis anahtarı ve betimleri yapılarak habitat özellikleri, yayılış haritaları, doğal yetişme ortamından ve herbaryum örneklerinden fotoğrafları, hayat formu ve IUCN kategorileri verildi. Bu çalışma kapsamında bilim dünyasına için Fibigia clypeata subsp. anatolica yeni bir endemik takson olarak betimlendi. Fibigia clypeata türü; subsp. clypeata ve subsp. anatolica olmak üzere iki alttüre ayrıldı. Ayrıca subsp. clypeata taksonu, var. clypeata ve var. eriocarpa olmak üzere iki varyete olarak değerlendirildi. Sitogenetik çalışmalar kapsamında Fibigia cinsine ait F. clypeata subsp. clypeata var. clypeata, F. clypeata subsp. clypeata var. eriocarpa, F. macrocarpa ve F. suffruticosa taksonlarının diploid kromozom sayısı 2n=16 olarak tespit edildi. İlave olarak mitotik metafaz kromozom fotoğrafları, idiyogramları ve kromozom morfolojileri Görüntü Analiz Sistemi (Bs200Pro) aracılığı ile verildi.

In this study, the morphologic and cytotaxonomic features of the genus Fibigia Medik. species? taxa which is naturally spread in our country were examined. Moreover by doing the species diagnose key and definition habitat features, distrubition maps, photos from natural grow environment and herbarium samples, life form and IUCN categories were given. With this study according to scientists? regard Fibigia clypeata subsp. anatolica was defined as a new endemic taxon. The species of Fibigia clypeata; was divided in two sub taxa as subsp. clypeata and subsp. anatolica. Also it was accepted as two different type as subsp. clypeata taxa, var. clypeata and var. eriocarpa. Under the cytogenetic studies the diploid chromosome numbers of taxa of F. clypeata subsp. clypeata var. clypeata, F. clypeata subsp. clypeata var. eriocarpa, F. macrocarpa and F. suffruticosa belong to Fibigia species were determined as 2n=16. In addition photos of mitotic metaphaze chromosome , its idiograms and chromosome morphology were given with the help of image analysis system (Bs200Pro).
