Yönetim bilgi sistemleri için yazılım arayüzü geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Günümüzün rekabet koşullarında tüm isletmeler, mevcut kaynaklarını en iyi şekilde değerlendirmek zorundadır. Bu ise, öncelikle yöneticilerin görevidir. Yöneticilerin karar vermesini kolaylaştırmak ve ihtiyaç duyduğu bilgiye en hızlı şekilde ulaşmalarını sağlamak için, gerekli bilgiyi çeşitli kaynaklardan toplayan, istenilen amaca uygun olarak işleyip düzenleyerek bir bütün halinde yöneticiye sunan sistemler Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri (YBS)’dir. Tez çalışmasında, Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri’nin temel özellikleri, amacı ve kapsamı hakkında bilgi verilmiş, sonrasında ise dağıtık yapılı büyük bir isletme için bağlı şirketlerden merkeze istenilen her türlü bilgi akışını ve sonrasında birleşik raporların alınmasını sağlayacak esnek bir Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi tasarlanmış ve yazılımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri’nin modellenmesinde öne çıkan kavramlar verinin toplanması ve raporlanmasıdır. Verinin toplanması işlemi esnek olmayan Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri’nde sadece mevcut verilerin çekilmesi ile oluşurken esnek Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri yeni ve değişik veri girişlerine de imkan tanımalıdır. Hazırlanan uygulama, yeni ve değişik veri giriş yapılarının oluşturulmasını, toplanan verinin raporlanmasını sağlayan Windows Uygulaması ve verinin toplanmasını sağlayan Web Uygulaması olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tasarlanan Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi çeşitli kademelerdeki yöneticilerin değişik rapor taleplerini karşılayabilecek esneklikte, kolay kullanımlı, hızlı ve doğru karar almaya yardımcı bir uygulama olarak hazırlanmıştır.

In today's competitional conditions, business enterprises must evaluate all the existing resources in the best ways. This-before all else-is the manager's job. Management Information Systems (MIS), is the system which helps the managers to decide clearly, gathering the requested data from the different resources and manipulating it to fit for the purpose and present them in a whole way to the manager in order to provide the manager reaching the requested data in the fastest way. In this thesis, the main qualities of Management Information System, its purpose and extent are informed, then a flexible MIS is designed to provide all kinds of requested data flows from the bounded companies to the head firm and then to take the united reports from them for sparsely settled enterprises and its software is created.While modelling the MIS, gathering the datas and reporting them are the terms which stands out. Gathering the data process in inflexible Management Information Systems., consists just by collecting the existing datas way, whereas flexible Management Information System enables new and different data entries. This application demonstration is composed of two parts. The Windows Application which forms new and different data entries structure and which provides to report the collected data and Web Application which provides to gather the datas. This designed Management Information System is prepared as flexible as to supply the different report demands of managers of different degrees, easily used and a helper application for giving the right and fast decisions.
