To manage supply chains efficiently that the segment of the chain should control instantly and it is impossible to think this control without reverse logistics and green management applications. Adding to all these, the regulations of European Union and the effects of enviroment supress to the manufacturers. The focus on environmental management and operations has now moved from local optimization of environmental factors to considerations of the entire supply chain. It is necessary to integrate to all of the reverse and forward supply chain processes and product life cycle which are minimizing costs and wastes under these responsibilities. Companies are required to regulate all of their businesses and develop sensitive production policies, these policies satisfy a cycle that is to say reverse logistics which begins from obtaining the materials to recovering the product from end-users for enviroment to minimize the wastes and to use the facilities appropriately. It was developed a Reverse Logistics optimizition application which is calculating system profit under the different scenarios investigating available temporary warehouses, production and recycling facilities in our country in this study. Under the obscurity of data which belongs to study caused to a lot of hypothesises; The mix integer programming method was used to compare the results of under the related assumptions in model. The demand of market wanted to supply excessively in every scenario and the alteration of processing/destruction/production and transportation costs which affect the profit was shown. Finally, the methods which can lessen the uncertainties of reverse logistics were mentioned; it was advised that related methods can be used for future studies.
