Bu çalışmada pnömatik ekim makinasının değişik şekillerde ve farklı malzemelerden yapılan tohum dağıtma başlığının dağıttığı tohumların bilgisayarda ölçülmesi ve değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla pnömatik ekim makinesinin dağıttığı tohumlar için, bilgisayar kontrollü hassas elektronik teraziler, uygun elektronik düzenek ve bilgisayar paket programı hazırlanarak bir tohum ölçme yöntemi geçiştirilmiştir. Elde edilen değerler üzerinde istatistiki hesaplamalar yapılıp en homojen dağıtımın hangi tohum dağıtma başlığı tipi ve malzemesinde olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yine elde edilen değerler ve uzman görüşleri alınarak Bulanık sistem geliştirilmiştir. Bu bulanık sistemle makine üzerinde denenmeyen giriş değerleri test edilebilmektedir.
In this study, our aim was to measure by computer the falling intervals of seeds for distribution smootliness in pneumatic sowing machine which sowing heads has made from different materials and shapes. Ill For this purpose, a method which measures and evaluates the intervals and homogeneity of falling seeds by the help of computer software, proper electronic mechanism, computer controlled sensitive electronic balances developed. With the statistical calculations on the gathered data, we tried to determine the suitable scattering head and material for the most homogeneous scattering. Also a fuzzy system was developed due to the expert opinions and the data in hand. The data which cannot be tried on the machine can be tested with this fuzzy system.
