Askeri emekli personelin umutsuzluk düzeyleri ve psiko-sosyal durumlarının bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, TSK.'lerinden emekli olan subay ve astsubayların umutsuzluk düzeylerinin emeklilik öncesi statüleri, emeklilik nedenleri, yaş, emeklilik sonrası yerleşim yerleri, gelir düzeyleri, eğitim durumları, emeklilik sonrası meşguliyet değişkenleri açısından farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evreni, TESUD ve TEMAD birimlerinin bulunduğu illerde yaşayan emekli askeri personelden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın ömeklemini TESUD ve TEMAD birimlerinin tesadüfi yöntemle ulaşılabildiği 168 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Örnekleme alman 168 personelin, 59'unu emekli subaylar ve 109'unu emekli astsubaylar oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında Beck Umutsuzluk Ölçeği ve emekli personelin Psiko- sosyal durumlarım belirlemek için hazırlanan anket uygulanarak veriler toplanmıştır. Umutsuzluk puan ortalamalarının, statülerine, eğitim durumuna, arkadaşlık ve sosyal ilişkileri, ailesine ve çevresine olan bağlılığı değişkenlerine göre, grupların puan ortalamaları arasındaki farkın önem kontrolü t-testi ile yapılmıştır. Umutsuzluk puanlarının, emeklilik nedenleri, yaşları, yerleşim yerleri, gelir düzeyleri, emeklilik sonrası meşguliyet durumları, yakın aile bireyleriyle ilişkileri, duygu ve düşüncelerini anlatabilme kabiliyetleri, emeklilik sonrası profesyonel danışmanlık ihtiyacı değişkenlerine göre, farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı tek yönlü varyans analizi ile kontrol edilmiştir. Farklılaşmanın gözlendiği durumlarda, farklılaşmanın kaynağını bulmak amacıyla ortalamalar arasındaki farkın önem kontrolü Tukey testi ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; 1. Emekli astsubayların umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları emekli subaylara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur. 2. Emekli subay ve astsubayların umutsuzluk puanları emeklilik nedenlerine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmaktadır. 3. Emekli subay ve astsubayların umutsuzluk puanları yaşlarına göre farklılaşmamaktadır. 4. Emekli subay ve astsubayların umutsuzluk puanlan emeklilik sonrası yerleşim yerlerine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. 5. Emekli subay ve astsubay lann umutsuzluk puanlarının gelir düzeylerine göre farklılaştığı anlaşılmıştır. 6. Emekli personelden lise mezunu olanların umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları, üniversite mezunu olanlara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur 7. Emekli askeri personelden emekli olduktan sonra çalışanlar ile çalışmayanlar arasında umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları incelendiğinde aralarında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. 8. Emekli personelin ailesine ve çevresine bağımlı olmayanların umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları ailesine ve çevresine bağımlı olanlara göre anlamlı düzeyde etkilemediği tespit edilmiştir. 9. Emekli askeri personelin yakın aile bifeyleri ile olan ilişkilerine göre umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmaktadır. 10. Emekli askeri personelden arkadaşlık ve sosyal ilişkilerinde geri çekilme yaşayanların umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları, arkadaşlık ve sosyal ilişkilerinde geri çekilme yaşamayanlara göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmuştur 11. Emekli askeri personelin duygu ve düşüncelerini anlatabilme kabiliyetlerine göre umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları arasındaki fark anlamlı bulunmuştur. 12.Emekli askeri personelin emeklilik sonrası profesyonel danışmanlık ihtiyacına göre umutsuzluk puan ortalamaları anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmamaktadır.

In this research, the levels of desperation of the status before retirement, the reasons for retirement, age, the residences after retirement, income levels, education levels, preoccupation changes after retirement of the officer and sub officers who are retired from Turkish Armed Forces are researched in this respect whether there they have changed or not. The consistence of this research consists the retired military personnel that is living in the cities where TESUD and TEMAD are located. The models of this research are 168 people whom the TESUD and TEMAD units have reached through coincidental methods. Out of 168 personnel, 59 consists retired officers and 109 consist retired sub officers. For the gathering of the data, the Beck Desperation Scale and the survey, which was made for the designation of the psychosocial status of the retired personnel, had been used. The importance control difference between the desperation grade cumulative and the grade cumulative of the groups was made in comparison to the factors of their status, education level, friendship and their social relations, the devotion to their families and environments with the t-test. Whether the desperation grades have been changed or not, those had been controlled with the one way variance analyze in respect to the factors of their retirement reasons, ages, residence places, income levels, preoccupation conditions after their retirement, their relations with the close family members, their abilities in expression of emotions and ideas, their need of the professional consulting after retirement. In conditions of the observation of the difference, the importance control between the factors had been executed with the Turkey test in order to find the source of the difference. According to the results of the survey: 1. It was found out that he desperation grade cumulative of the retired sub officers were dramatically higher than the retired officers. Ill 2. The desperation grade cumulative of the retired sub officers and officers were considerably difference in comparison to the retirement reasons. 3. The desperation grade cumulative of the retired sub officers and officers were different in comparison to their ages. 4. The desperation grade cumulative of the retired sub officers and officers were different in comparison to their residence places after retirement. 5. It was considered that the desperation grade cumulative of the retired sub officers and officers were different in comparison to their income levels. 6. The desperation grade cumulative of retired personnel who are high school graduates, were significantly higher than the university graduates. 7. When the desperation grade cumulative was examined, it was found out that there was not a significant relation between the retired personnel working and not working after their retirement. 8. It was determined that the desperation grade cumulative did not affect the retired personnel who was dependent on their families and environment and who was not dependent on their families and environment significantly. 9. The desperation grade cumulative of retired military personnel was dramatically different in comparison to their relationships with their close family members. 10. It was found out that the desperation grade cumulative of retired military personnel who got reserved in their friend and social relations was dramatically higher than the personnel who did not got reserved in their friend and social relations. 11. The desperation grade cumulative of retired military personnel was determined significantly different in comparison to their ability in expression their emotions and ideas. 12. The desperation grade cumulative of retired military personnel was determined significantly different in comparison to their professional consulting need after retirement.
