Bu çalışmada, endüstriyel sıvılardaki mikron boyutlu manyetik özellikli parçacıkları temizleyecek bir manyetik filtre tasarlanmış, gerçekleştirilmiş ve yapay zeka teknikleriyle kontrol edilmiştir. Bunun için düşük maliyetli ve yüksek performans sağlayan bir otomatik kontrol sisteminin gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Filtre gövdesi, filtre matrisi ve filtre bobini mevcut teoriye göre elde edilen sonuçlar kullanılarak tasarlanmış ve gerçekleştirilmiştir. Geri besleme bilgilerini sağlamak için uygun sensörler seçilmiştir. Kontrol için kullanılan analog ve dijital sinyalleri bilgisayar ortamına aktarmak için DAQ kartı kullanılmıştır. Kontrol sistemini oluşturmak için Labview programı kullanılmıştır. Sensörlerden alınan bilgiler giriş parametreleri ve bobin akımı da kontrol edilecek çıkış parametresi olarak atanmıştır. Filtreyi kontrol etmek için yapay zeka tekniklerinden biri olan Bulanık Kontrol kullanılmıştır (BK). Endüstriyel sıvının akış hızı ve filtre giriş konsantrasyonuna bağlı olarak filtre bobinine uygulanan akım, dolayısıyla filtrenin manyetik akısı bulanık mantık yöntemiyle kontrol edilmiştir. Prosesin sürekliliğini sağlamak için paralel iki filtre kullanılmıştır. İki filtreden birinin performansının düşmesi durumunda diğer filtre devreye alınmış ve devreden çıkan filtrenin temizlenmesi işlemi başlatılmıştır. Böylece bilgisayarla yapılan kontrol sayesinde endüstriyel sıvının temizlenmesi işlemi kesintiye uğramadan devam ettirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma ile hem filtre performansı optimize edilmiş hem de filtre matrislerinin kontrolü yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada, endüstriyel sıvılardaki mikron boyutlu manyetik özellikli parçacıkları temizleyecek bir filtre tasarlanmış, gerçekleştirilmiş ve bulanık kontrol metodu ile bilgisayar kullanılarak kontrolü yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda gerçekleştirilen kontrol sisteminin güvenilir ve kararlı bir kontrol sağladığı görülmüştür.
In this study, a magnetic filter to clean industrial liquids from micron sized magnetic particles is designed, realized and controlled by using artificial intelligence techniques. A low cost and high performance automatic control system realization is aimed. Filter body, filter matrix and filter coil are designed by using the results obtained from the existing theory in the literature. Appropriate sensors are chosen for feedback data. A DAQ card is used to transfer the analog and digital signals to the computer environment. The control system that processes these signals is implemented with the Labview program. The sensor data is fed to the control system as input parameters whereas the coil current is used as the output control parameter. Fuzzy Control which is one of the artificial intelligence techniques is used to control the filter. Filter coil current and consequently the magnetic flux are controlled by using fuzzy logic control techniques depending on the flow rate and filter input concentration. Two parallel filters are used to facilitate continuous processing. When performance of one of the filters decreases, this filter is disconnected and the other filter connected to the system and then cleaning process of disconnected filter is started. Hence, the filtration process of industrial liquid is streamlined without any interruption by the controlling mechanism. By means of the study, both filter performance is optimized and filter matrices are controlled. As a result, a filter is designed and realized to clean industrial liquids from the micron sized magnetic particles and its control is accomplished with a computer and fuzzy logic. Performance analysis shows that the realized control systems provide reliable and stable control.
