Cümcüme-i Mübârek başlıklı metindir.
Dâsitân-ı Cümcüme Sultan written by Hüsam Kâtib in the 14th century is a little
poem in religious-didactic nature quoted from Feridüddin Attar’s work. The subject in the
story is that Jesus encountered with a skull and resurrected it. Although the chapters in which
the affairs the skull experienced in hell were discussed in a fantastic level, the text earned a
didactic feature by giving news from the conditions in the hell to people. The mesnevi samples
of the story found in journals and conks in various libraries were processed by different
researchers. The only sample of prose that can be detected in Turkish literature is the text
entitled Hazâ Kitâb-ı Cümcüme-i Mübârek which we examined in our study. In our study,
this text was introduced by being transferred to the new characters, the motif sequence of the
story were compared with copies of mesnevi, the motifs of skull and the resurrection from
bones showing characteristic features were mentioned broadly, the examples of these motifs that can be detected in Turkish folk narratives were shown.
