Klasik Türk edebiyatında, Osmanlı padişahlarını tanıtmak üzere yazılan ve
Fihrist-i Sâhân adı ile anılan manzum eserlerin sayısı azdır. XVII. yüzyıl sair ve
tarihçilerinden olan Nisârî’nin de bu amaçla yazdığı bir Fihrist-i Sâhân’ı vardır.
Manzume Osmanlı devletinin kurucusu Osman Gazi’den IV. Mehmed’e kadar
gelen padişahları içermektedir. Bu yazıda Nisârî ve manzumesi üzerinde
durulmuştur.
In classical Turkish literature, the number of the verse books named
“Fihrist-i Sahan (Index of the Kings)” written in order to introduce the Ottoman
Kings are not enough. Nisarî, one of the poets and the historians of the XVII th
century, has such a verse book. This book contains the Ottoman kings from
Osman Gazi, founder of the Ottoman state, to Mehmed IV. This article has
predominantly dealt with Nisarî and his historical verse book.
