Savunma sanayiinde vasıflı işçilerin yabancı uzmanlar hakkında tutumları

Abstract

Bu saha çalışması 1994 yılında Orta Anadolu’da bir silâh fabrikasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Amaç, vasıflı işçilerin, tesisteki yabancı uzmanlar hakkındaki tutumlarını belirlemektir. Belli maddeler için puanlama ölçeği içeren soru listeleri tasarlanıp deneklere (vasıflı işçiler) dağıtılmıştır. Verilen cevapların değerlendirilmesi sonucunun ortaya koyduğuna göre, vasıflı işçiler; yabancı uzmanların teknik ehliyetlerini kişilik özelliklerine nazaran biraz daha fazla takdir etmektedirler.

This field work was carried out at a weapons producing plant in Middle Anatolia in 1994. The purpose of the study was to determine the attitudes of qualified workers towards the foreign experts. The questionnaires involving grade scales for certain items were designed and distributed to the subjects (qualified workers). The evaluation of the results verified that the qualified workers’ appreciation of the technical competence of the foreign experts was slightly higher than their opinions about the personality traits of the foreign experts.
