Tarihten günümüze İstanbul Türkçesi

Abstract

Fatih Sultan Mehmet’in stanbul’u fethetmesinden sonra Osmanlı Devleti kudret ve güç kazandı. Bu kuvvetle beraber büyük bir dil de meydana geldi. stanbul Türkçesinin temelini olusturan bu dil, bir imparatorluk diliydi. Makalemizde; stanbul Türkçesinin tarihî serüveni göz önüne alınarak, stanbul Türkçesinin temelini olusturan stanbul agzı da incelenecektir. stanbul Türkçesi ile ilgili örnekler yüzyıl yüzyıl seçilmeye çalısılmıstır. 15. yüzyılda Fatih’in kendi siirlerinden ve Ahmet Pasa’dan; 16. yüzyılda Bakî ve Yahya Bey’den; 17. yüzyılda Nâbî’den; 18. yüzyılda Nedim ve Seyh Gâlib’ten; 19. yüzyılda Enderunlu Vâsıf’tan; 20. yüzyılda ise Ziya Gökalp’ten parçalar alınarak stanbul Türkçesinin güzelligi okuyucuya aktarılmaya çalısılacaktır. Makalemizin son kısımlarında stanbul agzına dayalı stanbul Türkçesini aksettiren eserlerden Evliya Çelebi’nin Seyahatnamesi’nde ve 1790 yılında stanbul’da basılmıs olan Viguier’in Elemens de la Langue Turque ‘Türk Dilinin Unsurları’ adlı kitabında geçen metinlerden örnekler verilecektir. Makalemizin; son zamanlarda medyadaki yanlıs kullanımlardan dolayı bozulmaya baslayan stanbul Türkçesi ve stanbul agzına dikkat çekecegi kanaatindeyiz

Just after the conquest of Istanbul by Sultan Fatih Mehmet, The Ottoman State gained puissance and power. As result of this conquest, a great language emerged along with the power. This language which formed basis of Istanbul Turkish was language of the empire. In this article, taking historical journey of Istanbul Turkish into consideration, the Dialect of Istanbul which formed the basis of Istanbul Turkish will be analyzed. In regard to examples of The Istanbul Language were thoroughly chosen from per century. The beauty of Istanbul Turkish will tried to be shown taking excerpts from Sultan Fatih’s and Ahmet Pasha’s poems within the 15th century, from Baki and Yahya Bey within the 16th century, from Naili Bey and Nabi within the 17th century, from Nedim and Sheikh Galib within the 18th century, from Vasıf from Enderun within the 19th century, from Ziya Gokalp within the 20th century. At the end of the article, based on Dialect of Istanbul phrased will be given examples from the book of Viguier called ‘Elements Of Turkish Language’ and the book of Evliya Celebi Called ‘Seyahatname’ which is based on the dialect of Istanbul reflecting the best Istanbul Turkish. With this article, we also aim to raise concern over burn out Istanbul language due to the misuse of it in media.
